Ann is a highly technical and hands-on financial manager who oversees all invoicing and reporting for CER subscribers, ensuring accuracy, consistency and complete data integrity across the organisation. With a sharp focus on robust financial controls and continuous process improvement, Ann delivers efficient and scalable solutions that support both clients and the CER teams.

Her expertise extends beyond finance, with strong capabilities in HR and IT administration. This broad skill set enables Ann to play a key role in business services, supporting a positive and well-functioning workplace while helping to embed evolving technology and best-practice systems.
