“Through my experience working with Catholic employers and within Catholic education, I’ve developed a deep understanding of workplace relations, enterprise bargaining and managing complex employment matters. I’m excited to partner with our clients to achieve positive workplace outcomes.”
— Brooke Scarfe

Brooke Scarfe is an experienced employment and workplace relations professional who has previously worked for Catholic Employment Relations (CER) and its predecessor Catholic Commission for Employment Relations (CCER), where she provided trusted advice and support to Catholic employers across a broad range of workplace and industrial relations matters. She later joined the Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese, where she continued to build her expertise in employment relations, industrial relations and people management within one of Australia’s largest Catholic education systems.

In returning to Catholic Employment Relations, Brooke brings extensive experience gained across both advisory and in-house roles, along with a strong understanding of the unique workforce challenges facing Catholic organisations.
