As the CEO and Authorised Principal of Catholic Employment Relations, I bring strong experience in employment and workplace relations. I work closely with Catholic schools and organisations to provide clear, practical advice and representation across a full range of areas, including employee relations, policy development, enterprise bargaining, dispute management and compliance.
Catholic Employment Relations does not just deliver technical legal solutions, we build genuine, trusted relationships with our subscribers. We understand that navigating workplace issues can be complex and often sensitive, and we take a collaborative, approachable style to ensure our subscribers feel supported and confident in the decisions they make.
My focus is on understanding each organisations unique environment and challenges and working alongside them to achieve outcomes that are both legally sound and operationally practical.
