Like any marketing and engagement manager Sheila wears a lot of hats, from webinar production, designer, social media manager to website manager and brand custodian. At CER her focus is on building the relationship between you, our subscribers, and our organisation. She constantly reviews and find ways to improve communications so that we are delivering high quality services and resources.

Here at CER, we help employers to feel secure in their HR decisions, save time with their employment relations management by providing legal advice, practical resources and support. With over 20 years marketing experience in the not-for-profit and education sector, Sheila works closely with the legal team to develop their customer relationships and manage CER’s marketing activities, advancing and implementing new communication strategies.

She is passionate about communication and fascinated with the mechanics of marketing, how it continually evolves and never gets boring. She is available to assist our subscribers with their queries.
