Kath is an experienced Employment Relations Manager with a strong background in workplace relations, employee engagement and people management. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with organisations across a range of sectors, helping leaders navigate complex employment matters, manage workplace risk and build positive, high-performing workplace cultures.
More recently, Kath has worked within the Parramatta Diocese, giving her a deep understanding of the unique environment in which Catholic schools operate. This experience has provided her with valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing school leaders, including workforce management, employee relations, governance requirements, and fostering cultures that align with the mission and values of Catholic education.
