Katrina is an employment lawyer with over 5 years’ experience advising on all aspects of employment law. She is recognised for her pragmatic yet empathetic approach to her work and prides herself on her ability to build strong relationships with clients. Katrina provides practical and commercial advice to her clients, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s particular business needs.
Katrina has experience advising clients on business restructures, performance management, terminations, workplace disputes, modern award compliance and the enforceability of post-employment restraints. Katrina also has experience working on litigious claims in the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court of Australia and the Fair Work Commission.
Katrina has also provided specialist support in corporate transactions and advising on key employment risks and exposures.
