Nina is an employment lawyer with over 9 years’ experience advising across employment and safety law issues in both government and private sector. Nina has deep expertise in shaping internal employment strategies, and managing sensitive investigations involving discrimination, and sexual harassment. Nina has a proven ability to advise executive leadership, negotiate settlements, and drive legal clarity in complex environments.

Prior to joining CER, Nina worked as a Senior Lawyer – Employment and Safety at Transport for NSW/Sydney Trains. Nina has also worked at PwC and Danny King Legal.
