Teneille is a Senior Legal Counsel with over six years of experience in workplace relations.
She excels in navigating the complexities of employment law, providing assistance with day-to-day enquiries, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and conducting workplace investigations. Teneille is adept at interpreting industrial instruments, drafting and reviewing employment agreements, formulating workplace policies and managing disciplinary matters.
Prior to joining CER, Teneille spent over five years in the workplace law team at MinterEllison, and advised clients across many industries, including not-for-profit, public service/local government, retail, fitness, employment agency, franchising, aviation, hospitality and events, manufacturing, and construction.
