With CER as your Enterprise Agreement Bargaining representative, we manage the entire process with you to ensure the best outcome for you and your employees.

5 steps to managing your agreement process

Planning

We help you define timelines and bargaining parameters. Set up employee communication methods including a purpose built website

Commencement

We assist you in issuing the Notice of Employee Representational Rights to your employees and contact the union on your behalf for log of claims

Bargaining

We represent you in negotiations with the union, provide strategic advice, carry out research, and draft the Enterprise Agreements for your review

Consultation

We provide all materials and can attend your consultation sessions. We tailor your staff comms, appoint a vote provider and ensure FWC requirements are met

Finalisation

Following a ‘Yes’ vote, we prepare all paperwork and lodge the agreement with FWC. We assist with any requests and ongoing support
