The Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Act 2022 (Amending Act) was passed by both houses of Parliament and received Royal Assent on 6 December 2022. The Amending Act introduces several entirely new provisions, as well as making significant changes to existing provisions of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (FW Act) and related legislation.
