CER Breakfast Club: The employer's role in psychosocial safety
Join us on Tuesday 20 October from 7:30am to 9:00am for our CER Breakfast Club, where we will explore one of the most significant workplace challenges facing employers today: psychosocial safety.
As part of Mental Health Month, this engaging and practical discussion will examine the employer's role in identifying, managing and preventing psychosocial risks in the workplace. With increasing regulatory focus on psychosocial hazards, employers and leaders must understand how to create safer, healthier and more productive work environments.
Together, we'll discuss:
The psychosocial safety legal framework, in brief
Common but often overlooked psychosocial risks in the workplace
The difference between psychological safety and psychosocial safety
How AI and emerging technologies may create new workplace risks
Whether well-intentioned leadership behaviours can unintentionally contribute to psychosocial harm
What effective psychosocial risk management looks like in practice and how organisations can measure improvement
This session will provide practical insights, encourage discussion among peers, and offer an opportunity to connect with fellow HR and workplace leaders.
You'll also have the chance to meet the CER team in person and expand your professional network over breakfast.
Attendance is free, however registrations are essential.
